DRESS REHEARSAL MAY 20TH 5-9PM

DANCERS’ SCHEDULE

·         Arrive by 4:45pm and enter auditorium to sit with your class. (You will be seated in show order, so sit with the class of your first dance number if you are in several numbers).

·         Arrive dressed in your first costume and bring all other costumes, dance shoes, tights and hair accessories

·         Dance in show order with the Pre/Kid show order first, Carnival of Animals Ballet second and Jr./ABC show order last.

·         Bring something to do like homework or games to pass the time. Rehearsal is always longer than Recital.

·         Whatever trash you make please take it with you and do not leave it on the floor of auditorium.

·         When you have danced in all your dances you may leave.

VOLUNTEERS’ SCHEDULE

·         Arrive by 4:45pm and enter auditorium

·         Report to the front of the stage as soon as you arrive to be given tasks.

·         Review tasks with Brenda Mitchell and receive t-shirt to be worn day of recital.

·         Day of Recital each volunteer will be able to watch their child from the audience in a reserved area for volunteers .
